Maintenance scheduling ("Wartung")

The Wartung (Maintenance) tab on a project lets you note upcoming service appointments so nothing slips — and turns a due appointment into a ticket automatically.

Scheduling an appointment

Each entry is a single dated appointment (there is no recurrence). The form asks for:

  • Titel (title) — required, e.g. "Jahreswartung Heizung".
  • Beschreibung (description) — optional.
  • Termin (date) — required — and an optional Uhrzeit (time, defaults to 09:00).
  • Anhänge (attachments) — optional checklists or photos.

Each row shows its status — scheduled, in_progress, completed, or overdue. An overdue appointment gets a fällig ("due") badge. You can edit a schedule, delete it, or click Als erledigt markieren (mark done).

From appointment to ticket

Once a day, KNX Clarity checks for appointments whose date has arrived and opens a ticket for each one — titled Wartung: <your title>, at medium priority — so the work shows up in your Tickets list like any other job. The appointment is then marked done; look for the Wartung: prefix to spot a ticket that came from a schedule. A schedule that has produced a ticket is tagged in Servicefall überführt ("converted to a service case").

No plan requirement

Maintenance scheduling is available on every plan — there's no tier gate and no limit on the number of appointments.
