Notifications

The bell at the bottom of the sidebar (or in the mobile top bar) shows your unread notifications, with a count badge that reads 9+ once you pass nine. Clicking it opens the Benachrichtigungen (Notifications) page.

The notifications page

Every notification for your user is listed, newest first, with unread ones highlighted. From here you can:

  • Click a notification to mark it read and jump to what it's about.
  • Alle als gelesen markieren (mark all as read).
  • Delete a notification you no longer need.

What triggers a notification

You're notified about things that need your attention, including:

  • Work assigned to you — a ticket assigned, or a maintenance case that just came due.
  • Replies & mentions — a reply on one of your feedback tickets, or an @mention in a project comment.
  • Invitations — being invited into an organisation.
  • Transfers — a project transfer involving your org changes state.
  • Marketplace — a new bid on your listing, or your bid being accepted or declined.
  • System alerts — e.g. a webhook that auto-disabled, or a telemetry budget running out.

Choosing what you're notified about

Which events reach you in-app versus by email is a per-event choice under Settings → Notifications — a matrix of event × channel you can toggle row by row. See Settings. Some opt-ins are per-item too: for feedback tickets, the email toggle lives on the ticket itself (see Feedback & support).
