Marketplace

The marketplace (Marktplatz) is where integrator organisations hand out and pick up KNX work. When you're overloaded you can post a job; when you have spare capacity you can browse jobs other integrators posted and bid on them. It lists individual jobs, not whole projects — "Servicefälle finden und annehmen".

Posting a job​

Click Auf Marktplatz veröffentlichen and fill in the listing:

  • Title and description of the work.
  • Category — one of: Parameteränderung, Gruppenadress-Konfiguration, Geräteintegration, Raumprogrammierung, Fehlersuche vor Ort, Sonstiges. Each category shows an advisory price range; going above it warns you but doesn't block the post.
  • Pricing — a fixed price, or an hourly rate with estimated hours.
  • Location and required skills.
  • Attachments — photos or PDFs (e.g. of the distribution board).
  • Duration — how long the listing stays open (7 to 90 days, default 30). Past that it expires with an "Abgelaufen" badge; you can Verlängern (extend +30 days), or edit it while it's still open.
Posting needs a paid plan

Publishing to the marketplace requires the Pro plan (or above) — see Plans & billing. Browsing, bidding, and leaving reviews are open to every signed-in organisation.

A job moves through the states open → claimed → in progress → completed (or cancelled).

Bidding and interest​

Any organisation can respond to an open job — this is not gated by plan:

  • Bid — a proposed price (and optionally hours and a message).
  • Express interest — "Interesse bekunden", a lighter, price-free way to signal you're available.

You can't bid on your own listing, and you can't bid on a job that's already closed or expired. The poster is notified of every new bid.

Awarding and completing​

The poster sees all bids on their listing and picks one with Annehmen (or declines with Ablehnen). Accepting a bid claims the job for that bidder and notifies them. When the work is done, the poster records the actual hours and final price to close the job out.

Reputation and reviews​

Reviews are mutual — both the poster and the integrator who did the work rate each other 1–5 stars, once each. Reviews unlock only after the poster confirms the work with Auftrag abnehmen (the customer-approval step); until then the app shows "Bewertung wird freigegeben, sobald der Kunde den Auftrag abgenommen hat".

Each rating recomputes the org's average rating and completed-job count on its integrator profile. Those numbers ride along as a trust badge on every listing card and bid, and on the public integrator profile at /integrator/<org>.

Finding work​

The board has three tabs — Verfügbare Aufträge (browse), Meine Gebote (my bids), and Meine Angebote (my listings) — each with a live count. On the browse tab:

  • A search box, then a band of category tiles (each showing how many open jobs it holds).
  • A facet rail: Preismodell (fixed / hourly / on request), In meiner Region (when your integrator profile has a service region), and Ohne Gebote (jobs no one has bid on yet).
  • Sort by newest, price, or most bids, and switch between card (Kacheln) and list (Liste) views.

Expired and already-claimed jobs drop off the board automatically.
